There are no "sales people" on our team, only "dog people". We are very experienced to advise on all aspects of diet and feeding, and have specialist knowledge of large and working breeds. Our aim is to be your trusted advisor through the whole of your dog's life, helping you to
make sure that they are getting the best possible nutrition for their
individual activity and lifestage needs; from puppy, to adult, to senior. For any complex issues we have access to some of the UK's leading canine nutritionalists and herbalists.
We are 100% independent and we always will be. Our
business model is to develop strong relationships with a small number
of carefully chosen suppliers, who we believe offer exceptional quality and
value for money. We don't buy anything wholesale. Your
dog's food comes directly from the manufacturer, so you can be
confident that you are receiving it in perfect condition and at the best
possible price. Whether you like to feed raw or prefer the convenience of a complete and balanced meal .. or one of the many varieties in between, we respect your feeding choices. You can always trust us for sound, impartial advice based only on evidence, experience and our understanding of your dog's needs.
Our reputation is very important to us. We value our customers and always do our best to make sure that our service and product knowledge is as good as the feeds that we supply.
We are CSJ's approved stockists and distributors for Merseyside and Lancashire. We have one of Merseyside's largest raw feed selections and a range of natural supplements, skincare products, leads, harnesses, breeding and kennel supplies. Our depot is dog friendly and open to trade and to the public. We offer a free local delivery service for orders over £25.
